I don’t get how Callum Steele with 22 previous convictions drug charges carries a 12,000 volt stun gun in breach of a 2-year suspended sentence and left the scene of an accident only get 5 points and a £350
Seems the more you do wrong the lesser sentence you get so crime does pay
He definitely a grass!! 100%
How would you know that? I find it amazing that people seem to object to criminals, yet also object to information about criminals being used to secure convictions?
Agreed,no mention of drug or alcohol use or previous convictions. Did she have insurance?. Probably an example of those that somewhat legal are penalised the most. Forget to tax on time and loose car, fined, ban and loose job and home. No tax,no MOT,no insurance or licence and multiple convictions you get court costs and let off…
She had everything insurance tax mot not drunk just never reported the accident and left the scene
If previous convictions are spent, and not of similar category to present crime, they are not counted for sentencing. If they were, anyone with say, a convictions for drugs could be automatically and unfairly biased against on say, a murder charge as the prosecution submits ‘evidence of character’ of the start of the trial. These ^^ cases are different; one involved other innocent victims, one did not. One had alcohol involved, one did not (no evidence). The fines imposed reflect ability to pay. The higher one’s income, the higher the fine. It’s a clunky system but the best we’ve got. Only looks unfair without the details and knowledge.
She was drunk! Found 2 days after the incident so she had sobered up. She crashed into a family with two young children and absconded. There’s only one reason you leave the crime scene without checking everyone is alright.
And before you say it, yes I know she was drunk, I know her
Then why didn’t you report her if you knew she was drunk
Mr scum bag the kids could off been killed what a joke selfish old fart
The first time the two of you were on the road I thought you were going to get me some more of that stuff for the weekend and then we could do that together
Who cancelled my operation
