The Isle of Wight Council (West Street, Seaview, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 3 2019

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from approx. 0800 hours on Monday 16 December 2019 until 1600 hours on Friday 20 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along West Street for its entire length. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during a utility connection.

• The Isle of Wight Council (Lansdown Gardens, Gatcombe, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 2 2019

• The Isle of Wight Council (Cliff Path, Sandown, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians and Cyclist) Order No 1 2019

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from approx. 0001 hours on Monday 16 December 2019 until 2359 hours on Friday 20 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any pedestrian or cyclist, to proceed along Cliff Path between its junctions with Grange Path and Ferncliff Road. • The Isle of Wight Council (Gotten Lane, Chale, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 4 2019

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one day between approx. 0900 and 1600 hours from Wednesday 18 December 2019 until Friday 20 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along Gotten Lane, for its entire length. Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one night between approx. 1930 and 2300 hours from Tuesday 17 December 2019 until Thursday 19 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along Melbourne Street between its junctions with Trafalgar Road and Melbourne Path. • The Isle of Wight Council (Melbourne Street and Clarendon Street, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Revocation of One-Way Restriction) Order No 1 2019

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one night between approx. 1930 and 2300 hours from Tuesday 17 December 2019 until Thursday 19 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, the one way restriction will be revoked along a) Melbourne Street between its junctions with Melbourne Path and Clarendon Street and b) Clarendon Street between Melbourne Street and Castle Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The revocation is required for safety during carriageway repairs and to allow access to premises and businesses.

• The Isle of Wight Council (Noke Common, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 2 2019

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from approx. 0900 hours on Monday 16 December 2019 until 1700 hours on Wednesday 18 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along Noke Common between its junctions with Horsebridge Hill and Parkhurst Forest Access Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility repairs to a storm drain.

• The Isle of Wight Council (Bridge Road, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 3 2019

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from approx. 0001 hours on Monday 16 December 2019 until 23590 hours on Sunday 22 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along Bridge Road between its junctions with Halletts Shute and River Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during structure maintenance works.

• The Isle of Wight Council (St Lawrence Shute, Ventnor, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 2 2019

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from approx. 0800 and 1600 hours on Tuesday 17 December 2019, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along St Lawrence Shute, for its entire length. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility installation works.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0630 hours and 1800 hours on approximately 1 to 10 days, or when the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner; that no vehicle or person may use, or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs.

The closures are for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works between Friday 13 December 2019 and Friday 24 January 2020. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and advanced warning signs before the scheme commences. It may be necessary to close this section of road on more than one occasion within this timeframe:

• The Isle of Wight Council (West View, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 3 2019 – West View will be closed for its entire length. The alternative route will be signposted locally.

• The Isle of Wight Council (Hollow Lane, Godshill, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 2 2019 – Hollow Lane will be closed between Paddock Close and High Street. The alternative route will be signposted locally.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 1830 hours and 0600 hours on approximately 1 to 10 nights, or when the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner; that no vehicle or person may use, or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs.

The closures are for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works between Friday 13 December 2019 and Friday 24 January 2020. • The Isle of Wight Council (Wilkes Road, Sandown, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Revocation of One-Way Restrictions) Order No 1 2019 – The one-way restriction will be revoked along Wilkes Road between Union Road and York Road. The direction of travel will be in a south to north direction. The alternative route will be signposted locally.

• The Isle of Wight Council (York Road, Sandown, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 2 2019 – York Road will be closed between St Johns Road and Wilkes Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally.

• The Isle of Wight Council (Love Lane, Ventnor, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 4 2019 – Love Lane will be closed for its entire length. There is no alternative route.

• The Isle of Wight Council (Bonchurch Shute, Bonchurch, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 2 2019 – Bonchurch Shute will be closed for its entire length. The alternative route will be signposted locally.

• The Isle of Wight Council (Luccombe Road, Shanklin, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 4 2019 – Luccombe Road will be closed between Priory Road and Popham Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 1700 and 1930 hours on Saturday 7 December 2019, or when the event has finished, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along a) St James Square for its entire length; b) Market Square, for its entire length c) High Street, between its junctions with South Street and Market Square. • The Isle of Wight Council (North Street, Brighstone, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2019

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0930 and 1530 hours on Saturday 7 December 2019 and between 0930 and 1630 hours on Sunday 8 December 2019, or when the events have finished, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along North Street, between its junctions with Upper Lane and Main Road. Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 1045 and 1400 hours on Sunday 8 December 2019, or when the event has finished, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Eastern Gardens, between its junctions with Esplanade and Quay Road Car Park.
