Alan Harnett claimed victory in the June Salver as Westridge Golf Club members enjoyed a busy week of competition in near-perfect, if sweltering, conditions.
The June Salver was played in glorious sunshine, with the hot weather proving a factor as those with the earlier tee times enjoyed the best of the conditions.
Harnett, playing in the opening group, produced an excellent round to finish 5 up and secure the title by 2 shots.
Former champions filled the next 2 places, with 2024 winner Peter Dixcey edging out 2023 champion Phil Brennan on countback after both finished 3 up. Alfie Boxall completed the top 4 on 2 up, also on countback.
