An Isle of Wight home care provider has been named Employer of the Year at a national awards ceremony.
Right at Home Isle of Wight picked up the accolade at the 2026 Celebration Awards, held at Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire on 16th September.
More than 200 people attended the annual ceremony, which recognises teams from across the Right at Home UK network of more than 80 local home care offices.
The Island team was recognised for creating a positive and supportive workplace and its commitment to ensuring carers feel valued, supported and able to flourish in their roles.
Judges also highlighted the team’s work in delivering care to clients across the Isle of Wight.
Vicky and Paul Butler, owners of Right at Home Isle of Wight, said:

Right at Home Isle of Wight currently supports more than 66 clients across over 15 areas of the Island and employs a team of 60 people.
Its services range from companionship, home help and personal care through to specialist dementia care, supporting adults to remain living independently in their own homes.
