Popular Isle of Wight mariachi covers band Vote Pedro will headline Fireworks with Mountbatten Isle of Wight 2026 at Robin Hill Adventure Park next month.
The family event, sponsored by Reno Drain, will feature live entertainment, food and drink from Island vendors and a fireworks finale, with proceeds supporting Mountbatten Isle of Wight.
Tickets go on sale at 12:30 later today, with entry priced at £7.50 for adults and £5 for children. A family ticket option is also available; meanwhile, children under 5 can attend for free.
Anyone travelling by car, Park & Ride or event bus will also need to book a travel ticket alongside their entry ticket.
Parking at Robin Hill is limited, and early booking is being encouraged.
Vote Pedro, which formed on the Isle of Wight in 2016, is known for high-energy mariachi-style covers of popular songs.
The group’s repertoire includes tracks such as The White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army and Elvis Presley’s Suspicious Minds, and the band has previously performed at events including Victorious Festival and Camp Bestival.
Band member Señor Alphonso has said:
“If we smile out and people smile back to us, that’s what we’re all about.”
Mountbatten Isle of Wight says 6 out of every 10 pounds of its funding comes from fundraising, events and donations, alongside income from charity shops and gifts in Wills.
Ticket sales for Fireworks with Mountbatten will help cover the cost of staging the event.
The charity says 85% of its care is delivered in Islanders’ homes and through day and outpatient services at the John Cheverton Centre, with the remainder provided through its specialist inpatient unit in Newport.
Donations can be made online when booking tickets or on arrival at the event.
Tickets and donations are available via www.mountbatten.org.uk/fireworks2026.
