Well done to all involved, great piece of news.
Well done everyone, shame the king feels the need to ride on the coat tails of others hard work in attempt to increase his standing.
Good to hear, but, the hours are shite and the work is monotonous
Welcome to the “real” (mainland) world! boo hoo
Perhaps management should be told to relieve the monotony of the work and the length of time doing just repetitive work. That can be sole destroying and if firms want to keep their staff and their skills then they need to invest in them not just wallow in the efforts of others. Unless someone or a group say something they may be that blinded they are not aware, if aware then shame on them.
A lot of work is “soul” destroying, in the world as a whole probably most of it is, but like Amazon warehouses where you get next day delivery someone has to service that. Would people give that up or be willing to pay extra for table tennis breaks as against in old days where 28 days delivery was standard. The answer is get a education or at least a trade if not who’s to blame. If you are employed by say Google where you are employed for your innovative brain based on a good basic education, you get table tennis breaks as standard because you have something valuable to offer Google and others, so if they don’t treat you right you can go elsewhere. But if you have nothing valuable to offer cause you couldn’t be arsed at school.??
