A mugshot of prolific offender Lorelei Fisher has been released after she was jailed for 26 months for a string of new offences, including making threats to kill.
The 19-year-old, formerly of Snowberry Road in Newport, was sentenced to more than 2 years behind bars at Portsmouth Crown Court on 31st January – putting a halt to her almost continuous offending.
Fisher appeared before a Judge for making threats to kill, conveying a message of death or serious harm, breach of a suspended sentence, theft, actual bodily harm, harassment without violence and common assault.
This latest conviction comes following previous convictions for criminal damage, burglary, vehicle interference, shoplifting, assault and using threatening words or behaviour. But her past offending has only ever resulted in a community order or suspended sentence. Now she has been imprisoned, her custody photograph has been released.
Fisher also appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court, via video link, last Friday (7th February) for offences of common assault, theft from a shop, attempted theft from a shop and failing to comply with a community protection notice.
The court heard how on 4th September last year, Fisher stole 2 bottles of wine, chocolate and cookies from Sainsbury’s to the value of £17.15. On 10th October, she attempted to steal a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey from Morrisons in Newport. She was intercepted by security, who she then punched.
On 16th December, whilst subject to a deferred sentence imposed in November, Fisher was drunk in public and became abusive to a local woman with autism. She punched the woman – as captured on CCTV footage at Ryde Transport Interchange.
The offence was carried out in the presence of Amber Banham-Gage and Amber Gagen, who Fisher was banned from associating with in accordance with a community protection notice. By being in their presence, she was in breach of the notice.
Fisher was described in court by her defence solicitor as ‘very much still a child’ having suffered significant childhood trauma. It’s said her upbringing lays at the heart of her prolific offending.
At last Friday’s sentencing hearing, Magistrates fined Lorelei Fisher £200 and ordered her to pay £117.15 compensation for the offences in September, October and December.
Fisher is incarcerated at HMP Bronzefield, Surrey.
Another namby pamby sentence that needs investigating by the A.G.O. Low life waste of space scum everywhere you look.
The island is worse than the mainland with
such Numpty’s
Should have been a longer sentence? Why do these pathetic individuals always blame their past trauma on their behaviour, the defence solicitor needs to grow a set and stop protecting these individuals?? get over it! A lot of people have past trauma but do not behave like this!
So do you know the details of her past?
Really who care’s ??
I hope this will give her the impetus to behave in the future, however, somehow I don’t believe it will
Shame the sentence wasn’t longer, keep our island
safe.
Rot in hell, scum.
Oh..it’s a woman..must be from the very bottom of the gene pool…in the animal kingdom..things like this don’t survive.
Even the mugshot radiates petulance! It’s a shame these type of offenders cant seem to grasp that life is much easier if you simply, and quietly, get on with people and the law!
Perhaps a good birching.
Disgusting behaviour she CHOOSES to use, choices & consequences, trouble is it looks thick as …. !
It’s very sad that this girl will likely be in and out of prison for her entire life. I wonder if she received help for the childhood trauma she experienced; perhaps she could lead a normal life in society. It’s another loss that may stem from her parents and the hardships she endured as a child. Maybe they are the ones who should be in prison if they aren’t already.
Wow…that’s a female!!!!
Ye like i said lowest of the gene pool..
