Time for a Zebra crossing or better still traffic lights.
Road safety is imperative.
How fast was this “Numpty” going?
If the island had a mayor like Khan who knows that
speeding kills and spends loads of money on
road safety speed cameras, we would know who
is speeding.
The island is a long way away from having safe roads.
I might blout on about numpties speeding
BUT BELIEVE ME THEY DO SPEED!
