Gaining over 17,000 social media followers in less than 4 months a new informal support network, Menopause Isle of Wight shows no sign of stopping in its mission to support and help menopausal women by encouraging them to share their experiences and start talking about menopause.
Menopause Isle of Wight was started on Facebook and Instagram in August of this year by Stefanie Oliphant after she started sharing her own menopause story with women she met
Stephanie quickly realised there was no specific support network on the Isle of Wight where women could get together and talk about how menopause is affecting them.
The group has even had a visit from Isle of Wight MP Seely.
Stephanie has said:
“Women had started sharing their stories about their own menopausal experience with me, so I set up regular ‘Chatty Things’ to help them get together in a friendly manner to talk. A Chatty Thing takes place at venues around the Island and offer a space for women to openly chat with other menopausal women. It is very informal and there is no agenda or advice, just a chance for them to meet up.

Ooh, look, Bob, another bandwagon!
If MenIW wants credibility and support it needs to disassociate itself from Seldom sharpish.
Bless, it all makes sense now……all them hot flushes.
You should have told us Bob.
Bob your PR team are trying everything to keep your name out there, shame your output and delivery are so bad ..
