The team at Ascensos in Cowes took part in this year’s cycle challenge for Sport Relief and raised £325.
Ascensos set up 2 spin bikes at its Isle of Wight office and staff had the chance to go through the gears with each cyclist targeting prizes for the furthest distance travelled.
Each participant had 10 minutes to record their distance and Michael Mullin cycled the furthest to win a day’s annual leave.
As a team, Ascensos’ Isle of Wight office travelled over 191 miles. Ascensos also has offices in Motherwell and Clydebank, both in Scotland. All 3 teams took part in this challenge for Sport Relief and as a business they travelled a total of 945 miles which, as the crow flies, is the distance between John O’Groats to the contact centre on the Isle of Wight then back up to Loch Lomond, Scotland.
