A film about why poor body image has become such a global issue was screened in Ventnor on Saturday (27th January) as part of a health and wellbeing boutique experience day.
The event, hosted by Sarah Brown of Source Energy, took place at Ventnor Winter Gardens on Saturday evening and included the film ‘Embrace’.
Sarah’s mission is to help ladies love who they are and what they look like, irrespective of the messages often conveyed in the media. She used Saturday’s event to inspire the next generation to love their bodies and put an end to the body dissatisfaction epidemic.
The film ‘Embrace’ uncovers why poor body image has become so global and what can be done to end this war with our bodies.
Sarah, who has learned to love who she is after many of the trials life has thrown at her, said:
“With the dedication and commitment to yourself you too can make positive changes, to embrace the beauty of you and the beauty of life”.
