VIDEO: A walker enjoying a stroll along the beach at Hanover Point, Compton had a lucky escape after tonnes of cliff fell just moments after he had walked past at the weekend.
Phil Baldwin managed to capture on camera the moment part of the cliff collapsed at around 18:00 on Sunday evening.
Island Echo shared the video via Facebook, with the video now racking up over 42,000 views.
