Red Funnel is scheduling extra Red Jet H-Speed sailings to and from the Isle of Wight this Bank Holiday Monday (30th May) to meet anticipated demand.
The company is responding to increased demand and feedback from its foot passengers travelling over the long weekend.
Additional Red Jet sailings will operate at following times:
From Southampton:
11:15; 12:15; 17:15; 18:15
From West Cowes:
11:45; 12:45; 17:45; 18:45
Red Funnel’s marketing and communications director Jonathan Green said:
“The late May Bank Holiday is traditionally busy for foot passenger travel and these additional sailings will ensure we have more than sufficient capacity at the times customers want to travel”.
Red Funnel’s Southampton – East Cowes passenger vehicle ferry service is operating a normal timetable and as usual customers are advised to pre-book online and arrive no more than 60 minutes before departure.
