Classic cars, civic guests and a Spitfire flypast helped make Cowes Classics Day a resounding success.
Cowes Town Council has thanked the London Yacht Club for inviting the Mayor of Cowes to attend this year’s Cowes Classics Day, which attracted strong support from across the Island.
The Mayor and Deputy Mayor of East Cowes Town Council were also in attendance, reflecting the event’s community feel and the close links between the 2 towns.
Visitors enjoyed an impressive display of classic cars, with the Parade transformed into a showcase of motoring heritage throughout the day.
A Spitfire flypast added to the occasion, providing a memorable highlight for those gathered in Cowes.
Cowes Town Council has commended all those involved in organising and delivering the well-attended event, which once again proved popular with residents and visitors alike.
