Local business men and woman from a variety of different sectors attended a basic first aid course with Wave Training last week – one of just many courses being run by the Newport-based company in the coming months.
As well as taking first aid into schools on the Isle of Wight, Wave Training has given representatives from local businesses the opportunity to learn basic first aid for the first time or refresh on those vital life-saving skills. These skills will benefit co-workers and the wider community.
Due to popular demand, Wave Training are holding a further 2 ‘First Aid for Children’ days on 1st and 3rd June.
James Westcott, CEO of Wave Training Ltd launched the company in order to make First Aid learning possible for all ages, in all circumstances. James said:
“I believe that everyone should be able to access First Aid training. Having the knowledge of Basic First Aid enables so many lives to be saved”.
