This weekend is your last chance to enjoy JR Zone before its temporary closure between 27th June – 2nd July.
As previously reported by Island Echo, the Island’s biggest indoor play frame is getting bigger and cooler with the all new Arctic Blast experience, which will add 2 levels at JR Zone in Newport and will be launched on 2nd July.
The venue will be closed from Monday 27th June for 5 days during which time the custom designed frame will be built around the clock. The JR Zone team will be working tirelessly to ensure that Arctic Blast is up and running in time for the launch party on 2nd July.
The new frame will incorporate a range of Arctic themed areas to excite and challenge young explorers. Tumble down The Avalanche, tackle the Ice Wall climb or brave the perilous Glacier Bridge with its perspex floor overlooking the rest of the play frame. The children will love the Chill Zone, an area with motion detecting downdraft fans to create a blustery blizzard whilst the Frozen Ravine creates the illusion of an endless drop using state of the art LED lights.
