Grit will be deposited on the Island’s roads this evening (Friday) and tomorrow morning (Saturday).
Gritting lorries will treat the precautionary routes at 18:00 tonight and at 04:00 on Saturday.
Island Roads has urged drivers to drive according to the road conditions.
Saturday looks like it will be the last day of cold temperatures with the weather set to improve on Sunday.
