When you want to make a call you simply press the big button on the back of the phone and your call is answered immediately by a specially trained, friendly UK based telephonist, who you can ask to put you through to a friend or relative, for a text message to be sent, replies read back, or request help to find something on the Internet. For some calls, if you prefer you can still use the phone’s keypad to dial the numbers yourself.
