V-Dub Island is returning more pumped than ever for 2016 with more camping, music and entertainment experiences.
This festival experience is unlike any other that you’ll encounter anywhere among the British Isles. V-Dub Island prides itself on the 1960’s nostalgic, laid-back, family friendly atmosphere. Lovers of all things Volkswagen from Beetle cars to VW campers, along with cool music and laid back vibes can come together to relax and let the good times roll.
Over 80 bands will appear across 3 stages over the long weekend of 18th – 22nd August including The Dub Pistols and The Cuban Brothers. Accompanying these music festival mascot titans will be FooR; Electro Love 80’s vs 90’s; Daft Punk’d XL; Coda (a Tribute to Led Zeppelin) and last years’ team favourites, The Common Jets.

This year will see the return of the much loved festival venues including Grace’s Café, Sunset Café and the V-DUB Arena hosting an array of wonderful family entertainment and competitions. For the Volkswagen enthusiast, V-Dub Island will once again be hosting their annual Drive Out around the Island which is a must see spectacle. Last year saw 30+ classic VWs cruising the picturesque seaside coastal setting.
Those attending the event are being the chance to ‘Carry on Camping’ by extending their arrival date up to 4 days with the new Holiday Package from £175 per family including ferries – available from www.redfunnel.co.uk/vdub.
