The Trustees, Governors and Carisbrooke College leadership team say that they are delighted at the continued success in the standards achieved at Carisbrooke College following the results of this year’s GCSE examinations.
The results have continued to improve and are now in line with or exceeding national averages and expectations in key academic measures.
Peter Shaw, Executive Headteacher, commented:
“We are particularly pleased with the fact that our predictions for performance were incredibly accurate. Initial figures indicate we are within 0.5% of our final Year 11 prediction. That is truly amazing and shows that our teaching staff really know our students”.

Rob Maddox, Head of School at Carisbrooke College said:
