Police are appealing for any witnesses who saw a male mistreating a dog in Newport Bus Station on Tuesday to come forward.
At approximately 19:00 on Tuesday 3rd May it is alleged that a male was aggressive towards a dog by ‘kicking it in the face, twice’.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact PC 21708 by calling 101.
