Jail
So a guy who twice breached a 50mph temporary speed limit on the M27 has to pay £441. A guy who assaults an emergency worker, possession of cannabis and a further x2 assaults and also criminal damage only pays £125???? Absolute joke!!!!!
Obviously the guy who got fined £441 had more money. He could afford the ferry fares from the Island.!!!!!
A guy banned from driving for 20 months for not having a license, being drunk and no insurance!!!! Im sure banning him from driving will stop him reoffending
Katie Moore …….. really ? worth going to court for cannabis ? what a total waste of tax payer money.
If you can’t pay the fine Don’t do the crime, Simples!
A noticeable increase in the amount of drink/drug driving cases of late, which will undoubtedly increase in the run up to Christmas. Even with the pubs closed under the current lockdown doesn’t appear to diminish the figures. Sadly there’s always those who live their lives who think they’re above the law. Happily the above named were caught but will a minimal fine and a temporary driving ban really deter these individuals from reoffending?
I think you will discover that the legal fictions and not the men and women in your article were found guilty by persons posing as judges who were not acting under any Oaths of Office.
.
The person’s ( legal fictions since birth) convicted were:
LIAM JAMES GUSTAR
JACK LEWIS RINALDI
MARK GOLDSTONE
MARK ANTHONY CORDING
DAVID TREVOR THOMAS
LIAM BEENEY
These six persons were all held in the custody of the Registrar General since birth. They are pieces of paper.
A name is written as John Lewis Smith.
JOHN LEWIS SMITH reads as nothing unless it has hyphens between each sign. In the absence of hyphens it reads as three separate and unconnected signs.
John. Lewis. Smith.
This simple dirty trick is the “fraud” that the legal system is based upon.
