The Portland Inn pub, located in the heart of Gurnard, has re-opened its doors this month following a complete £190,000 refurbishment.
Publicans Mark & Kim, in partnership with Punch Taverns, have overseen the refurbishment and are now ready to welcome locals for quality food and drink.
The Portland, which is located on Worsley Road, is quite a family affair with son Tom lending a hand in the pub and even Mark’s parents Brian and Sylvia helping out in the garden.
James Wooler takes up the position of Head Chef and will produce all meals on the premises using as much local and seasonal produce as possible.
