Class A drugs were found, so Why was he not Charged???
Because they might belong to someone else….?
It has to be tested in a laboratory to prove what it is first, could be anything including a mixture of various things and not pure.
Your probably right, however, what would have happened if the police found a very large amount that could be worth millions of pounds if after testing proved positive….would they still let him go waiting for the test results??..
The same would apply mate it would still have to be identified as to what it is but a large quantity might be enough to either remand or released on bail with conditions.
because he was suffering mental health issues i’ll bet
That would explain why he had drugs Bob have to be pretty messed up to think drugs are the answer let’s hope he gets the help he needs instead of being judged for the way he copes with his mental health or even accused of not having mental health problems at all
It says ‘suspicion of possession’ It doesn’t say they found any, only the ‘stuff’ that goes with using.
Drugs are bloody everywhere on the island now. Such a shame that low life scum sell this rubbish. Drugs ruin lives in so many ways.
That’s absolutely so true, drug running has really taken off on the island over the last couple of years.
What makes me so angry is to read here that the Police apparently want people to get in touch to report drug supply activity, which is what we locals have been doing repeatedly – only to be continually ignored.
Despite all our efforts, nothing has been done about it here in Freshwater. The individuals involved have not even been stopped and checked, to my mind that makes the Police at least partly complicit to the consequences, which have even reached the children in this neighborhood.
All Drugs can ruin lives whether legal or not!
