Newport-based creative agency NOSY has been named a finalist for The Social & Sustainable Impact Award at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2026.
Widely recognised as the biggest business awards in the UK, the programme is headlined by Lloyds Bank, with ITV as media partner and the support of the UK government. NOSY joins a national field of almost 200 finalists across 20 categories.
For 8 years, NOSY has operated as a deeply integrated strategic partner, empowering organisations to scale their operations and their positive societal impact.
Reflecting on the announcement, NOSY Founder Matt Greg described the shortlisting as an important milestone for the agency:

NOSY has successfully decoupled financial growth from environmental harm, reducing carbon emissions by over 20% last year while maintaining a 90% client retention rate. As a 1% for the Planet member, the agency has donated over £12,000 to environmental causes and engages staff in practical conservation like seagrass restoration.
Locally, the team reimagined networking events by launching ‘Rubbish Networking’, engaging hundreds of professionals in litter-picking sessions that build relationships while removing environmental waste. This external impact is driven by a deeply supportive culture. NOSY operates a 20% profit share scheme and pays significantly above the local average.
Winners will be announced at the gala ceremony in London on Tuesday 10th November in front of 1,200 business leaders. In keeping with Awards tradition, winners ring the opening bell at the London Stock Exchange and are celebrated at the programme’s annual reception at the House of Commons.
