A man accused of raping and sexually assaulting a woman on the Isle of Wight is due to appear before the Isle of Wight Crown Court later this year.
Daniel Dudman, 25, of Lower Road, Woodchurch, Ashford, appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court earlier this week (Tuesday).
He is charged with 2 counts of rape, 2 counts of sexual assault on a female and 1 count of assault by penetration, relating to the alleged assault of a woman in Cowes on 30th August last year.
The case was adjourned for a plea and trial preparation hearing at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on 7th September.
