The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance was scrambled to Yarmouth late last night (Saturday) in response to a resident with cardiac issues.
The yellow and green helicopter touched down beside the town’s main car park at around 23:45.
The onboard specialists were called in to assist Medi4 paramedics – acting on behalf of the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service – and a local co-responder.
The poorly patient was flown to a mainland hospital for specialist treatment.
