Covid isn’t just taking lives through physical health attacks, it is taking lives, by destroying mental, emotional and financial livelihoods, through government lockdowns.
the covid shadow is long and will take decades to fully emerge from.
i know, i can see it , others can see the results … why isnt more being done by the government . as you say thats 4 this week and how many attempts by others. Long term its real worrying. Before you all jump on me i do believe in covid. But the rate in which suicide is rising this needs addressing millions here ,billions therebeing spent on protecting people from covid. Some need protecting in other ways Isle of wight council please re think things a little. Can you not use some of that money which has been released to you, for a pop up style / drop in shop/ porter cabin in all the towns . Some sort of place they can stop and talk about their problems. I believe there is something in newport? But if you are in shanklin, sandown freshwater planning , thinking of doing some harm to yourselves, youre not going to think oh i ll pop in to newport first. one of their worries may be money , their not going to walk there are they. I am sure people would volunteer to help man the drop ins. I would help in some shape or form.Maybe local doctors / social workers/local people would give a bit of time. It needs to be addressed as this sort of incident will continue and you will find others starting copy this way. LETS HELP THEM suggestions please i for one cant sit back and watch this keep happening.
May this poor soul rest in peace, condolences to family and friends, so sad
”not suspicious” are u kidding me?!
A bit odd how there are so many body’s are being found
It’s a good job they are found!!
It’s because so many are committing suicide because they have lost any hope they had left of things ever getting better,we will see this daily from now on,all because of the flu.Yes 10,000 have very sadly died,in January 2018 65,000 died in that one month from flu yet the world carried on,why so different now it’s ruining everyones lives
“January 2018 65,000 died” No they did not, stop lying.
the yearly deaths varying widely from a high of 28,330 in 2014/15 to a low of 1,692 in 2018/19.

RIP
For a small population, this is a lot of deaths in a week. Why?
Also how many of these people live alone?
loneliness can be killer. Please reach out to those who are lonely, even if its just to say hello, how are you.
I certainly hope they do not say cause of death Covid !!! Sorry for the chap… and any family he has..
It is sickening that the covidiots are using this to peddle their lies. Have some respect, someone died.
I thought it was Hampshire AND Isle of Wight Constabulary? We pay enough in our Council Tax so we should be on the crest.
