Isle of Wight residents are set to benefit from greater access to modern safety technology after Safeguard Technologies was approved for membership of the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
The Island-based company was also invited to attend the TSA’s flagship International Technology Enabled Care Conference at the International Convention Centre, where the latest innovations in telecare and digital health were showcased.
As the only independent Isle of Wight provider supplying personal alarms and GPS-enabled devices, Safeguard Technologies is focused on giving residents more choice when it comes to staying safe, both at home and when out and about.
Membership places the company alongside leading UK providers committed to recognised standards and best practice.
Director, Sandra Knowles said:
“People shouldn’t be limited to a single option when it comes to their safety. Every situation is different, and our role is to help families choose what’s right for them.”
Safeguard Technologies is now looking to work more closely with local care providers and community organisations.
