Sammi Keen and Paula Burke have taken the honours in Freshwater Bay Golf Club’s John Wheatley trophies competition after navigating tricky scoring conditions.
The ladies competed for the trophies on Thursday, with stunning weather accompanying the foursomes medal competition.
However, fast-running conditions on the course made scoring difficult for those taking part.
Keen and Burke came out on top with a nett score of 69 to secure the trophies.
Jo Wright and Sue Oldershaw finished just 1 shot behind, taking the runners-up spot with a nett 70.
