Homegrown Music Festival will present over 8 hours of music and entertainment at The Riverside Centre in Newport on Saturday 29th March.
All proceeds from the event are going to 2 important Island charities: IoW Defibrillators and Community Action Isle of Wight.
The doors open at 13:30, with music from 14:00 until 22:30.

All of the musicians, artists, and production at the festival have given their time and resources for free. It is being run by Homegrown Community Events C.I.C., a not-for profit company established for the cause.
Phil Norris, Director of Homegrown, says:
“Homegrown is all about Island artists raising money for Island causes.
“Running the event has only been possible with the support of our sponsors: Browns Golf, Maher Ross, Richmonds Bakery, Rockhopper Sound, Triple A Records, and Willy’s Guitar Shop.”
8 favourites from the island’s music scene feature on the main stage:
Feck!, a five piece IOW folk punk band, will be playing a selection of songs and tunes from the likes of the Pogues, Wolfstone, Oysterband, Levellers, etc.
Ruby and the Diamonds will have you dancing and singing with their beautiful harmonies all sparkling with humour.
The Signalmen are a four-piece powerhouse. Their music spans decades from the 60s to the present day with a fresh twist.
Taboo are a unique 5 piece with 2 lead singers band playing a mix of rock and pop.
Real Dead Ringer: The Meat Loaf Show is an authentic, high energy tribute show dedicated to the music of Meat Loaf.
Ben Stubbs: A melodic, lyric driven sound heavily influenced by great songwriters like Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, Jack Johnson, Neil Young & John Mayer.
Ventnor Darlings are unintentionally innovative, musically adequate and always well dressed. If you’ve seen them before you’ll know what a treat you’re in for.
The Ohmz are an 8 piece Reggae/Ska band full of energy, enthusiasm and a sun kissed outpouring of funk.
Acoustic music talent will be playing in the bar area during main-stage changeovers.
Bethan John sings acoustic classics to vocal belting known hits and everything in between. A voice and performer not to be missed.
Malcolm Carlo is a solo artist living and performing on the Isle of Wight after 18 years living and recording on a narrow boat around the London area.
Isabella (age 10) and Owen (age 16) are ex-students of the sadly-closed Music Craft C.I.C. in Newport.
