A group of professional Isle of Wight artists will showcase their work at Quay Arts later this month as The Ryde Arts Collective presents its 2026 exhibition.
The exhibition will open on 26th September and run until 8th November, bringing together the distinct artistic practices of members of The Ryde Arts Collective (TRAC).
Taking over Quay Arts’ West Gallery, the exhibition will feature work by Barbara Gowan, Fiona Schindler, Fran Farrar, Gillian Clarke, Jan Frith, Karen Mead, Richard May, Vincent Dupont-Blackshaw, Violet Mareck and Zoë Barker.
The Ryde Arts Collective is made up of professional contemporary artists based on the Isle of Wight, working across a diverse range of traditional and technology-based media.

Each artist creates concept-driven work informed by their own personal experiences and context.
The exhibition has been curated by artist and curator Maya Brasington, who is currently Curatorial Lead at Aspex Portsmouth.
Organisers say the different artistic practices within the collective have been brought together to create an exciting and vibrant exhibition in the West Gallery.
Supported by McCarthy and Booker, the exhibition will be open daily from 09:00-16:00 until 8th November.
