bestival2016sunday_018IN PICTURES: Bestival 2016 finished on a fantastic high last night (Sunday) with a series of chart toppers bringing the Main Stage to a close including Bastille, Sean Paul and Wiz Khalifa.

This year’s main stage was brought to a close by hip-hop star Wiz Khalifa, who fired his arsenal of tunes ahead of a special 15-minute dedication to Prince, one of the greatest musicians in history who died earlier this year. The dedication saw the stage light up purple (featured photo) with music videos from some of Prince’s biggest hits played on the large screens.

Moments later Fat Boy Slim lit up The Spaceport for his latest Bestival performance. The Brighton-based DJ has previously headlined the main stage – twice – and played Bollywood, the Big Top and even a set or two in the hidden disco.
