A Sandown woman has been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods after an alleged burglary at an address in Lake last night (Saturday). Police were called at around 19:42 to a report of a burglary at an address on Sandown Road in Lake. Officers attended and a 40-year-old woman from Sandown was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit burglary and handling stolen goods. A heavy Police presence remained in the area for some time. The woman remains in custody and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
