85 postcodes are without power in the Calbourne and Newbridge areas following a fault with a substation this evening (Saturday).
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) has confirmed that the fault was first identified at 21:11, with engineers enroute to work on the issue, which is believed to be with a substation.
The electricity network has estimated that power will be restored by midnight tonight.

I’m still laughing at the total incompetence of the management of this company and waiting for their next gimmick. One of these days people will finally realise just how bad this company really is but by then it will be too late.
