A 17-year-old Level 2 Fitness student from the Isle of Wight College has achieved Best Guest Lifter in the British Drug Free Powerlifting Association Championships when he took on the challenge earlier this month.
Harry Palin, 17 and from East Cowes also achieved three un-official British records (unofficial because has only recently joined the association). This qualifies him to represent his country in the European Championships to be held in Birmingham later in April.
Harry said:
“I am really excited about this. I have been training hard for this for a long time.”
Fitness course tutor Steve Plant added:
“I am delighted for Harry and wish him every success in the European Championships.”
