Three crashes in three days and all involved Peugeots. Spooky.
That is because Road Safety does not exist on the Island,
it is not always drivers fault, many Roads are Unsafe.
And poor signage too!
It’s summer and all the maniacs are out in force, passing through Upper Bonchurch today a BMW past me at least 70 mph….It’s a bloody 30 max limit…
I doubt the car that was hit was speeding
No maniacs just people that can’t drive
I bet there old so they should not be driving
Your standard of literacy is as cheap as your opinion. I was in the SUV following the Peugeot and saw it happen. The Vauxhall driver, late 20s, came straight across the road towards the couple in the Peugeot. They had no chance and took a full head-on impact, poor souls. The driver had chest injuries and couldn’t move. Had to be extracted by the fire service. The Vauxhall hit the Peugeot so hard, it came back in the air and banged the front of my SUV, which is sat beside the fire engine in the pics. Okay?
Please help the police, and get this “YOUNG” inexperienced driver off the road…..Idiot by name, idiot by nature..
Well said
Were you born an idiot or grew into it
I am prepared to bet that they can spell.
I am 60yrs. I am an advanced driver. Other drivers seem to think that I drive slowly because more often than not they are very close to my rear bumper. I drive to the speed limit which many many other drivers tend to ignore. If there is an accident the Police, more often than not, state that speed was a factor.
If you are involved in an accident whilst at the correct speed then you’re safer from being prosecuted for speeding – simple really!
The speed limit does not mean that it is safe to travel at that speed, it just means that it is the maximum speed at which you can drive WHEN SAFE TO DO SO. You can travel at the maximum speed limit and still be prosecuted for driving without due care and attention – drivers don’t seem to realise that
Bartletts must be making a killing from the number of vehicle recoveries required on the Island highways.
Money for old rope.
Question, Why is that black car on the wrong side of the road?
Answer, driving like the usual arse, probably smack/swilled, involving some poor sod coming the other way. Happening nearly every day. Smack swill drivers should get life time driving bans and a prison sentence. Could have caused someones death.
More quality driving as usual..
