Nestlé has issued a recall on 3 of its hot chocolate products today (Thursday) as they may contain small pieces of food-grade silica beads.
The recall was issued this afternoon as a precautionary measure with Islanders warned by the Food Standard Agency (FSA) that some packets may contain silica beads.
Whilst the beads aren’t toxic, they do propose a minimal choking risk the (FSA) has warned.
The affected products are:
