A 17 YEAR OLD AND A 15 YEAR OLD ARRESTED !!! GOOD LUCK TO BOTH IN GETTING JOBS LATER ON IN LIFE . WITH THAT ON YOUR RECORDS EMPLOYERS WILL BE QUEING TO EMPLOY YOU BOTH . PAIR OF VERY STUPID KIDS
They dont care, They will willingly live their useless lives taking money off of hard working people who pay their way, while continuing to break the law because no doubt like their parents they feel that they are entitled and have no deterrent to stop them from doing so. ..
Scum
The 15 year old will be sent home, having blamed the others for leading him astray. The 17 year old will get an asbo, which will not be disclosed beyond the age of 18.
The 20 year old, will carry the can, go to court and be expected to pay costs, compensation and will get nothing more than some community service.
The police and courts will see this as “no threat to life” and as such, no jail time for anyone.
As for future employers finding out – only if it requires any disclosure under the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974.
The 20 year old, if receiving a fine, only has to declare it for 5 years then it is spent and doesn’t have to be declared.
Uk soft justice and is more like the EU countries – go to italy and see what happens, if you complain that your car has been
damaged – the police generally shrug their shoulders and say claim on your insurance, that is what you have it for.
Employers do find out, everyone we employ we have run through google and Facebook first. Surprising how many we haven’t called to interview, if employers don’t investigate first by doing a few simple things they deserve what they get tbh.
15 year old will not be named in press etc due to being a minor, if the 17 year old doesn’t end up in court and is dealt with by the police, do not be surprised if the names are never made public.
If people shove stuff on facebook then that is their own fault.
I can be almost 100% certain that there will be people working with you islander, that have misdemeanours in their past or in some cases crimes committed that predate the facebook and google era, that you won’t have the first clue about.
Idiot
not just in Italy! Last month some scumbag of a paper delivery man smashed into my wife’s scooter whilst it was parked outside our garage. We had two witnesses and it was confirmed he had no road tax and as such invalidated his insurance. £700 damage. The police do not want to know, say no recordable offence was committed. What do we pay for now??
It’s awful how some kids these days have become they have no clue what they’re doing
Christ,we were out on the Rob at that age, where’s it all gone wrong
