Presented annually, the High Sheriff’s Awards celebrate individuals who demonstrate dedication, leadership, and meaningful impact across the Isle of Wight. Beyond the classroom, Vykke’s contributions extend widely across the Island. She plays a significant role in national youth activities and leads students in community events that instil discipline, respect and service.
She is particularly recognised for her leadership during Remembrance Day, where she works alongside students to honour veterans and support intergenerational connection across the local community.
