The second half saw the Island dominate possession, with goals from Finn Woodford and Aaron O’Hanlon-Hoare giving them a deserved 3–1 lead.
Havant pulled a goal back late on, but disciplined defending and strong goalkeeping ensured the points stayed on the Island.

Ladies 1XI Fixture Update
On Saturday, our Ladies 1s away match at Basingstoke Hockey Club was cancelled due to a medical emergency on the pitch before our game.
The incredible speed and care shown by players, supporters, and emergency services was truly humbling — a real reminder of the strength and kindness within our community.
As a club, we will be donating our match fees from the cancelled fixture to the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance in recognition of their vital work.
Sending our thoughts and best wishes to everyone involved.
