Isle of Wight Magistrates issued a warrant earlier this week after a man accused of stealing clothing items from a charity shop in Sandown, didn’t show up at court.
Timothy Young, 56, of Ocean View Road in Ventnor was due to appear before the courts on Tuesday (3rd December) charged with a single count of theft from a shop.
It is alleged that on the 16th September, Young stole a number of clothing items to the value of £150 from Friends of the Animals on High Street in Sandown.
Taking into count a previous adjournment in the case, Magistrates issued a warrant not backed by bail.
