Firefighters from Ryde and Sandown tackled a shed fire at a residential address in Lake this afternoon (Sunday).
2 appliances were mobilised to Fairview Crescent at around 16:20 following a 999 call reporting that a shed was well alight.
4 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets were used to bring the blaze under control but not before the fire engulfed the shed.
A second shed was also damaged as a result of the incident, as well as a fence and the guttering on the corner of a bungalow.
Fire crews spent around an hour on scene.
