Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident in which a car almost collided with a pedestrian on a pavement in Newport.
Between 16:20 and 16:30 on Monday 12th August, a silver Mercedes mounted the pavement at the junction from Staplers Road onto Coppin’s Bridge roundabout – Snooks Hill.
Investigating officers are not seeking information on the identity of the driver, but are keen to identify key witnesses.
