It was a busy but enriching Easter period for the residents and staff of Orchard House Care Home in Newport. One of the highlights of the Easter festivities was the creation of Easter bonnets, where participants let their imagination soar and crafted beautiful headpieces adorned with colourful decorations. Additionally, our halls echoed with the sounds of creativity as we gathered to paint intricate designs on Easter eggs, each one a masterpiece in its own right. Of course, no Easter celebration would be complete without indulging in the delectable delights synonymous with the season, with tables adorned with an abundance of hot cross buns, enjoyed by young and old alike, alongside an irresistible array of chocolates that added an extra touch of sweetness to our festivities. On Easter, staff and residents were honoured to receive a special visit from none other than the Easter Bunny himself. A spokesperson from Orchard House Care Home has said:
“As we reflect on the joyous moments shared during this Easter season, Orchard House Care Home remains committed to fostering a sense of community and togetherness, enriching the lives of all who are part of our family.”
