Wootton-based antique business Doreshill Farm Emporium will be showcased on BBC’s Antiques Road Trip next week.
Located on Briddlesford Road on the outskirts of the village, the emporium is the Island’s largest and original vintage and antiques emporium and will be shown nationwide when it appears on the small screen mid-week.
Amazingly though, it isn’t the 1st time that they have appeared on the programme having welcomed antique experts Raj Bisram and James Braxton in 2016, and jewellery aficionado Izzie Balmer back in 2019.
This time around, Catherine Southon and David Harper – who visited back in March 2022 – arrived in a classic Citroen 2CV and purchased a total of 5 items all of which will be auctioned off and the proceeds given to charity.
The episode will be broadcast for the 1st time on BBC One at 15:45 on Wednesday (22nd February) and will be available on catch-up soon after.
