17 gymnasts from Legacy Elite Gymnastics Academy have returned home to the Isle of Wight with an impressive 17 medals after taking part in their first competition of 2025.
The team, made up of girls aged 6 to 13, had a memorable day at the event, with 7 gymnasts crowned Overall Champions. For 8 of the participants, this was their very first competition, while 9 others were returning after a year away from the competitive scene.
Among the standout performances:
- Emma – Overall Champion (first competition)
- Eden – Overall Champion (first competition)
- Holly – Overall Champion (first competition)
- Sienna – Overall Champion (first competition in a year)
- Alex – Overall Champion (first competition in a year)
- Iommi – Overall Champion (first competition in a year)
- Ellie – Overall Champion (first competition in a year)
Other top results included:
- Belle – 2nd Overall (first competition)
- Evie – 2nd Overall (first competition)
- Gwyneth – 2nd Overall (first competition in a year)
- Mary – 2nd Overall (first competition)
- Millie – 3rd Overall (first competition in a year)
- Daisy – 3rd Overall (first competition in a year)
- Poppy – 3rd Overall (both girls named Poppy placed 3rd in their categories)
- Evelyn and Matilda – Runner Up
- Iommi – also achieved a perfect score on floor
