Monday 29th November – Friday 3rd December 2021
• Dominic Dunford, 22, of Old Road in East Cowes, pleaded guilty to drink driving (40) and possession of a Class B drug (cannabis). He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £34 surcharge. There was no separate penalty for the possession of cannabis.
• Bradley Tolfrey, 21, of Fratton Road in Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to breach of a non-molestation order. He was given a 26 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. He was ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation days and pay £85 costs with a £128 surcharge.
• Joshua Ray, 26, of Velsheda Close in Totland, admitted assault by beating. He was fined £275 and ordered to pat £85 costs with a £34 surcharge.
• Darren Fletcher, 37, of Hunnyhill in Newport, pleaded guilty to sending a communication of an indecent/offensive nature and possession of a Class B drug (cannabis). He was made subject to a 12-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work and 10 rehabilitation days. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs.
• Benjamin Charles, 31, of Crocker Street in Newport, pleaded guilty to drug driving (Benzoylecgonine), drug driving (clonazepam), drug driving (cocaine), driving without insurance and driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 3 years and fined £160.
• Joshua Freeley, 26, of Mill Hill Road in Cowes, pleaded guilty to possessing a bladed article in a public place and assault by beating. He was given a 4-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to complete 15 rehabilitation days and pay costs of £85 with a £128 surcharge.
• Tyrone Barry, 37, of Lower Furlongs in Brading, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and sending a communication conveying a threatening message. He was made subject to a community order for 12 months with 100 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay £85 costs with a £95 surcharge.
• Wayne Mitchell, 31, of Victoria Road in Cowes, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was ordered to pay £75 compensation.
• Philip Ryan, 30, of Alexandra Road in Cowes, pleaded guilty to drink driving (71). He was banned from driving for 19 months and ordered to pay £120 fine, £85 costs and a £34 surcharge.
• Benjamin Collins, 36, of Whinscott Close in Whitwell pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £45 surcharge.
• Rebecca Tuckey, 26, of Hookes Way in Newport, was found guilty of criminal damage. She was ordered to pay compensation of £350.
• Kelvin Parker, 29, of Footways in Wootton, was found guilty of criminal damage. He was given a 6-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 costs with a £22 surcharge.
• Levi Appell, 24, of Ronsons Close in Cowes, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. He was given a 6-month driving disqualification and 9 penalty points. He was ordered to pay £85 costs with a £34 surcharge.
• Tyler Simpkins, 19, of St Martins Road in Wroxall, pleaded guilty to drink driving (55). He was given a 12-month driving van, fined £275 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £34 surcharge.
• Sitania Timms, 34, of Albert Street in Ventnor, pleaded guilty to drink driving (52). She was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £34 surcharge.
