A yellow weather warning for heavy rain has been issued by IW Met Service for today (Thursday).
Spells of heavy rain will continue throughout this morning and into the first part of the afternoon.
Locally, totals could reach up to 25mm although 12-18mm seems likely.
Surface water and spray is to be expected along with localised flooding on some roads.
Some susceptible rivers and streams may also be at risk of flooding during the latter part of the rainfall.
The warning is in force from 09:0 until 15:00 today (Thursday 5th March).
And so it goes on and on, just becoming the norm unfortunately. Still every chance we will have drought conditions come summer, global warming or just natural take your pick. What ever the reason not pleasant and rather concerning.
