Firefighters in Cowes have assisted a child stuck in a tree this evening (Sunday).
The retained crew was called in to action at 21:02, after the adventurous youngster got themselves in a sticky situation.
After arriving on the scene, firefighters used a 10.5m ladder alongside a triple extension ladder to bring them back down to safety from approximately 8 metres up.
The child was returned to the ground with no reported injuries.
